Situated south of Cambridge in the village of Stapleford, this 3000 sq. ft. contemporary home is a speculative project for a local developer with a reputation for high-end, modern homes of outstanding quality. The interior design addresses our client's desire for an open and contemporary feel within the traditional village setting. The three-story design features a double-height dining space, open plan kitchen/living space and a mezzanine library.

Our involvement included internal space planning to maximise the interior spaces and improve the flow of the rooms, lighting plans/designs, kitchen and bathroom design and all joinery design, as well as selecting internal wall and floor finishes. Finally, the home was furnished for selling with contemporary and colourful furniture supplied by us.
