Architectural Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for an architectural technician with UK commercial project experience to join our growing team.

We design and deliver a variety of projects for commercial businesses, colleges, universities and residential clients. Our work is predominantly interior architecture and interior design focused.

We are looking for an experienced architectural technician with sound technical, construction and building regs knowledge and excellent project delivery, documentation and CAD skills to join our team. Candidates interested in the  position will need to have excellent communication, design and presentation skills.

You will need advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign. Proficiency in 3D SketchUp and/or other 3D software would be advantageous.

This is a key role that requires strong visual communication skills and ability to engage with clients, consultant teams, suppliers, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and directors, and at times work independently and autonomously.

This role required proven experience to deliver projects through RIBA Stages in the UK. Please do not apply if you do not have the relevant experience.

In addition to experience delivering commercial projects, experience delivering residential refurbishment and extension projects is desirable but not essential.
