Studio Manager / PA


Job summary:

To assist with the smooth running and operation of the Studio to maximize efficiency of processes for the business and its clients. You will be the first point of contact for the business and responsible to keep the showroom organized and tidy. In addition, to be client facing and help with customer sales / customer service and liase with suppliers. Also included is PA duties to the director, including managing a busy diary and organizing/filing.

Studio Manager Duties and responsibilities:

  • PA – close liaison with director on scheduling/diary

  • PA – assist director in organizing and filing

  • Help create and maintain systems both digital and physical for organizing and running the office

  • Assist with office administration

  • Maintain supplier and client contacts

  • Help keep office tidy

  • Maintain office supplies

  • Maintain office IT system, phones etc.

  • Marketing assistance

  • Sales – assist clients / customer service

  • Update CRM Database

Knowledge, skills & attributes:

  • Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Microsoft Outlook or, similar company email system

  • InDesign helpful

  • Photoshop helpful

Credentials and experience:

  • Substantial experience in office admin and management

  • Degree or relevant experience
